Easy morning pancakes with our cultured oatmilk cream cheese and oat kefir. 

Mix in a large bowl:

1 container of Beyond Moo Oatmilk Creamy spread

1/2 cup of Beyond Moo kefir - plain or vanilla * see a note bellow

1 egg or an egg replacement

1 tablespoon of oil

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Optional- 1 teaspoon of lemon zest

Mix in a medium bowl:

2/3 cup of all purpose of gluten free flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/4 teaspoon of baking soda

dash of table salt

Add flour mixture to you cheese/ kefir mixture. Mix to incorporate dry and wet ingredients but do not overmix.

Fry on a medium heat like regular pancakes. 

*Note- if you do not have kefir, you can use 1/2 cup of milk/ plant based milk or for fluffiest version mix 1/4 cup of our OATgurt with 1/4 cup of water milk.
