INGREDIENTS
- 1 tub of plain Beyond Moo Creamy Spread
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 sprigs of green onion or chives
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (omit if you are sensitive to spice)
- ¼ tsp dried dill
- Pinch of salt to season
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup chopped dried cranberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add everything to a bowl except for the pecans and cranberries. Thoroughly mix until combined.
- Take a plate with some parchment paper and add the cheese mixture to the plate and shape it into a ball. Top and press the chopped pecans and cranberries into the cheese ball. Place in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve with crackers & fruit.
