INGREDIENTS
Buttery Cauliflower Steak with Mint Vegan Yogurt Sauce
Product Type: Plain Oat Yogurt & OATrageously Buttery Spread
Level: Easy
Time: 35 min
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Plain Oatgurt, divided
1 cup Fresh Mint
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
3 tbsp OATrageously Buttery Spread
2-3 Cauliflower Steaks
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Fresh Mint, for garnish
Pomegranate Seeds & Juice, for garnish
Lemon Zest, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a blender combine ½ cup of the Plain Oatgurt, fresh mint, maple syrup, and lemon juice until smooth. Add to a bowl and mix with remaining Plain Oatgurt until combined. Set aside.
- Melt OATrageously Buttery Spread in a cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Once bubbling, add cauliflower steak and flip to coat in buttery spread. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
- Saute cauliflower steak until golden brown on both sides. Repeat steps 2-3 for remaining steaks.
- To plate, spread mint yogurt sauce on a plate, top with cauliflower steak and garnish with more sauce, fresh mint leaves, pomegranate seeds & juice, and lemon zest.
