But first, let’s start with some benefits:

Let’s start with the fact that cauliflower helps with digestion as it’s high in water and fiber. Cauliflower also helps with sleep, muscle movement, learning and memory.

Finally, it helps build strong bones so your little ones can grow up big and strong.

But not everybody likes the taste of cauliflower.

Our thoughts? You’re doing it wrong!

CAULIFLOWER…STEAK?!

For most people trying to incorporate more veggies into the diet comes with an influx of boring salads and steamed side vegetables.

No wonder you don’t like veggies!

And if you are dairy-free, getting that buttery taste (without all of the additives and preservatives that are in some alternatives) isn’t easy!

Let’s ditch the artificial ingredients, added sugars, and high sodium content.

And dive into a buttery, a grilled dish that A) tastes amazing and B) incorporates real ingredients and C) is easy to make!

Cauliflower is hearty, satisfying, and has a mild taste which allows absorption of other flavours, marinades and sauces.

See? You just need the right fit.

And all you need in this recipe is some buttery spread, light seasoning, herbs and lemon and some delicious fruity garnish.
