I found this yogurt at Whole Foods in Vancouver and thought I would give it a try. Unlike most non-dairy yogurts this was genuinely delicious. While I’m not vegan this product definitely won me over as a way to incorporate more healthy pant-based foods into my diet. Can’t wait to try all flavours.

We have tried the plain, vanilla and strawberry oatgurts and are fans of all three. The vanilla is not overly sweet and the texture is creamy and smooth. The taste is more neutral compared to other allergen-friendly yogurts, and we enjoy the vanilla oatgurt on its own, with fruit or cereal. We also really appreciate that there are probiotics and calcium in Beyond Moo oatgurts, which is not the case with other allergen-friendly yogurts. This is a great snack in our house, enjoyed by all family members. We have also had excellent customer service when we contacted the company with a question.

My favourite way to enjoy the vanilla one is as a dessert snack at the end of the day with some fresh fruit and granola. 🙂 It’s so good and saves me from eating junk.

I’m not vegan but I like to add vegan products into my diet every once in a while to cut back on dairy. I tried the Beyond Moo OATgurt and liked it even more than the regular dairy yogurt I used to get! Consistency and taste is great, and also works well to add to smoothies to make them creamier.
