INGREDIENTS

Strawberry Vanilla Diary-free Oat Yogurt Bark

Product Type: Vanilla Oat Yogurt & Strawberry Oat Yogurt

Level: Easy

Time: 2 hr 15 min (including minimum freezer time)

Ingredients:

1 cup Vanilla Oatgurt

1 cup Strawberry Oatgurt

½ cup coconut cream, divided

½ cup strawberries, sliced

⅓ cup raspberries 

Instructions:

  1. Line a ¼ baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. To a small bowl combine vanilla oatgurt with ¼ cup of the coconut cream. To another small bowl combine strawberry oatgurt with ¼ cup of the coconut cream.
  3. Dollop oatgurt mixtures in the lined baking sheet, alternating between flavours. Using an offset spatula or a butter knife, swirl the oatgurt until you get the desired design. 
  4. Top the swirled oatgurt with sliced strawberries and raspberries. 
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer until solid – about 2-3 hours or overnight if possible. 
  6. Once solid, break into pieces or slice into squares and store in an air-tight container in the freezer for up to 60 days.
