Here’s how to make it:
INGREDIENTS
(serves 8)
- 8 pre-cut Sweet Lorens cookies – we used chocolate and chocolate chip
- 1 cup Beyond Moo Vanilla Oatgurt
- 1/2 Cup Beyond Moo Vanilla Kefir
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
- 2-3 Tbsp sugar, or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
Add 8 Sweet Lorens pre-cut cookies to a parchment-lined loaf pan and bake according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, whisk everything until it’s smooth and creamy.
Remove cookies from the oven and let cool. Once cooled pour your frozen yogurt mix on top and break off cookie chunks from 2-3 Sweet Lorens cookies.
Freeze for a few hours to overnight.
Remove and cut with a wet knife.
Can drizzle chocolate, caramel sauce or peanut butter on top for the added sundae feel.
