INGREDIENTS
1.5 cups flour (gluten-free will do)
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp cinnamon
3/4 cup Beyond Moo Oatgurt
1 cup water
2 Tbsp melted Beyond Moo buttery spread
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix dry ingredients, in a separate bowl mix wet, combine until thoroughly mixed.
- Heat a skillet over medium and using a large spoon, spoon out about 1/4 cup mixture. Let cook until bubbles form, flip, repeat.
- Top with buttery spread, pecans and maple syrup.
