INGREDIENTS
(serves 2)
1 cup oats
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup Beyond Moo Vanilla Oatgurt
1 Tbsp Cacao powder
1 Banana
1 Tbsp Maple syrup
½ tsp Baking powder
1 Tbsp Fatso Peanut Butter, we used Crunchy Salted Caramel
1/4 cup chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 375 F.
Add your oats, vanilla, oatgurt, cacao powder, banana, maple syrup and baking powder to a blender and blend on high until thoroughly blended. Once blended, add to a small mug that you can bake 1 portio of oats in (1 cup apx.). Pour out 2 separate containers. Add a ½ Tbsp dollop into the middle of the mug and then top with chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool and top with some kefir, berries, more chocolate chips etc.
